industrius[Midorima is sitting outside the bench of some overpriced cafe Kise picked out, unconsciously tapping his foot to the beat of the new hit k-pop song blasting on the speakers. The cafe isn't crowded, but he feels awkward going in without his ex-teammate/acquaintance/fellow basketball player/definitely not friend in tow. Of course Kise Ryouta would be late, why did Midorima even bother coming early?
He contemplates just finally going inside and ordering a cold red bean soup to make the trip somewhat worthwhile, but as if on some comedic cue, he sees a flash of yellow from his peripheral vision.]
